Working terms date: August 24, 2026
1. Informational website
This website provides general information about Guardian UAS, its published mission, developing areas of focus, and ways to make contact. Content is not operational direction, aviation advice, legal advice, or an instruction to act.
2. Support requests
Submitting a support request begins a contact and evaluation process only. It does not create an agreement, commit resources, accept a mission, establish availability, guarantee a response, or promise deployment. Requests remain subject to evaluation, authority, safety, resources, timing, airspace, operating conditions, feasibility, and mutually understood responsibilities.
3. Developing capabilities
Guardian’s current public materials state that the organization is in development. References to mission applications describe areas unmanned-aircraft technology may support; they are not a representation that specific aircraft, sensors, personnel, credentials, authorizations, insurance, response times, or operational capacity are currently available.
4. No implied affiliation
Nothing on this website should be interpreted as a government, law-enforcement, fire, emergency-management, military, nonprofit, funding, customer, or partner affiliation unless Guardian expressly verifies and publishes it.
5. Acceptable use
Visitors may not misuse the forms, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site, impersonate another person or organization, submit unlawful content, or transmit secrets, protected operational information, malicious code, or high-risk personal information through the public website.
6. Accuracy and changes
Guardian intends to keep published information clear and grounded in verified material, but website content may change as the organization develops. Visitors should confirm material facts directly before relying on them for planning or decision-making.
7. Third-party services and links
The site may rely on hosting and email providers or link to external websites. Guardian does not control third-party availability, content, security, or data practices. Review the relevant third-party terms before using those services.
8. Contact
Questions about these terms may be sent to info@guardianuas.org. General contact does not create an obligation to provide mission support.
